What types of services are provided?Wellness by Design Indy offers complete nutrition assessment through: private consultation individual and group nutrition coaching educational seminars. What else is important to know? Assessment consultations are offered in office or via Healthie, our HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform. A detailed and individualized Nutrition Prescription is developed for each client based on their nutrition, health, and lifestyle needs. A follow-up appointment is scheduled, typically, two-weeks out to touch-base and allow our client time to work on their Nutrition Prescription. A Nutrition Care Plan will be sent to the client post visit outlining agreed upon nutrition and health goals and action plan.

How much does a nutrition assessment and consultation cost?Wellness by Design Indy offers a FREE 15-minute consultations by telephone or via Healthie! For your free 15-minute consultation via Healthie email us at wellnessbydesignindy@gmail.com. All Wellness by Design Indy’s nutrition assessment and consultation are billed at $179/hour. Follow-up consultations are billed at $79 per 30-minute increments.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24-hours in advance of the appointment time. Your appointment fee will be applied towards your rescheduled appointment. If you choose not to reschedule, Wellness by Design Indy will refund you the appointment fee retaining 30% for administrative and opportunity loss fees. Wellness by Design Indy reserves the right to cancel appointments retaining 30% for administrative fee.

How long are nutrition assessment consultations and follow-up consultations?Initial nutrition assessment consultations last 1-1/2 hours. Follow-up consultations very depending on information covered in each session.

Do you accept insurance?Most insurance plans do not recognize and/or cover the cost associated with nutrition counseling. Therefore, we do not accept insurance. Many Health Savings Account (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will reimburse for nutrition services by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Necessary documentation will be provided to clients upon request to help facilitate the process.

Will you work with my primary care physician or other practitioner?Absolutely! Wellness by Design Indy works in tandem with various healthcare providers (MD, DO, NP, ND, and DC) to provide the best care possible to meet our client’s nutrition, health and wellness goals. At client’s request, a release form will be provided to allow communication between Christina Ferroli, PhD, RDN, LDN and their health care provider.

Where are you located?Wellness by Design Indy works out of the VIP Center for Business Women located at 3755 N. Washington Blvd, Indianapolis, In 46255. No walk-ins, please!

Do you take clients outside of Indiana?Absolutely! Although we are located in Indianapolis, IN, Wellness by Design Indy accepts clients nationally or internationally. Email us at wellnessbydesisgnindy@gmail.comto get started!
